- Male

- Age 37 – 48 years old

- Holding minimum a Bachelor degree of Civil Engineering or equivalent

- Having at least 7 years of experience in Constructions field especially electrical projects form PLN, etc.

- Having good skill in communication in Bahasa and English both oral and Writing.

- Willing to be placed across Indonesia

- Well knowledge about Managerial & project management

- Prudent, self-motivated, honest, hard worker, fast learner, high initiative, good personality and good leadership.

- Having a wide network relation in project

- Age between 25 - 35 years old

- Holding minimum a Bachelor Degree in Civil or equivalent

- Domicile in JABODETABEK

- Having minimum 3 years of experience in Construction especially electrical projects.

- Prudent, self-motivated, honest, hard worker, fast learner, high initiative, good personality and communication

- Able to work well independently or in a team

- Mastering Microsoft Project, Primavera and ERP

- Willing to be placed across Indonesia (Based on the Project)

- Available to join soonest Full-Time position(s) available

Production Manager

Citramasjaya Teknikmandiri (PT), a company which engaged in construction & Fabrication (EPC & Fabrication), is currently seeking for the best candidates to occupy the “Production manager ” position

1. Make plans and requests all needs for the production process

2. Organize, coordinate and supervise all the tasks of his subordinates to fit the planning, procedures and work standards of the company

3. Responsible for achieving production targets and quality standards of production results

4. Provide guidance to subordinates so that subordinates can improve their abilities and conduct subordinate performance appraisals

5. Leading and supervising the process of implementing production in accordance with company standards

6. Responsible for the order and discipline of subordinates

7. Having experience as Production Manager in Steel Fabrication manufacturing is preferable

8. Make work reports and analyze work problems that occur to superiors regularly

9. Responsible for the cleanliness of the work environment and the safety of subordinates

10. Good in English both of speaking and writing

11. Familiar with Ms. Office ( word, excel and power point )

12. Willing to be placed in Purwakarta
